Mr Quini is a State of Florida licensed General contractor. He has been building Luxury waterfront residences for over 20 years in Florida.
A graduate of Pace University in New York , John holds a MBA in Finance and BA in Economics.
After eight years of public service for the City of New York as a budget analyst John’s focus became entrepreneurial, he changed careers to devote all his energies to construction and construction management.
Working his way up from apprentice to mechanic to foreman John learned construction from hands on experience doing and then directing all trades and services.
Establishing his own construction company in 1996 John has achieved industry success in obtaining on time and on budget construction. Working closely on a day to day basis with clients and directing field work John's goal of complete customer satisfaction is quickly achieved. Clients discover a working foreman who just happens to own the construction company.
